REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Influencers of India.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”) explains the rules applicable to refunds, cancellations, campaign payments, Influencer verification fees, Brand campaign service fees, Platform charges and related transactions made through influencersinindia.com (“Platform”).

This Refund Policy forms part of and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

By making a payment, purchasing a service, submitting a Brand campaign, applying for Influencer verification or otherwise using a paid service offered by Influencers of India, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Refund eligibility depends on the type of payment, the time at which cancellation is requested, campaign status, work already completed by an Influencer and any applicable payment-processing charges.

Certain Platform/service fees are non-refundable because they relate to services, verification, campaign setup, Relationship Manager assistance, Platform access or administrative work that begins after payment.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to restrict any refund, remedy or statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

2. INFLUENCER REGISTRATION

Registration for Influencers on Influencers of India is free.

No registration fee is charged for creating a standard Influencer account and therefore no refund applies to free registration.

3. ₹99 INFLUENCER VERIFICATION FEE

Influencers may apply for Verified Influencer status by paying an applicable ₹99 verification/service fee.

The verification service may include review of the Influencer’s profile and/or social-media information and may provide access to additional Platform assistance, including Relationship Manager (“RM”) support for Brand connections and campaign coordination.

The ₹99 verification/service fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

The verification fee is charged for the verification-related service and associated Platform/RM support. It is not a payment for a guaranteed Brand campaign or earning opportunity.

Payment of ₹99 does not guarantee:

Verification is intended to improve profile credibility and Brand confidence but does not guarantee commercial opportunities.

4. BRAND ₹299 CAMPAIGN SERVICE FEE

A Brand may be required to pay a ₹299 campaign service fee to initiate/run a campaign through Influencers of India.

This fee relates to Platform services that may include:

The ₹299 Brand campaign service fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

The ₹299 fee is separate from the campaign budget, Influencer compensation, 10% Platform service charge, payment gateway charges, taxes and other applicable campaign expenses.

5. BRAND CAMPAIGN PAYMENT

For campaigns managed through Influencers of India, the Brand may be required to deposit the applicable campaign amount with the Platform before an Influencer is instructed to begin campaign work.

Influencers of India may refrain from confirming or commencing a campaign until the required payment has been successfully received or authorized.

This process is intended to provide a safer and more structured payment arrangement for both Brands and Influencers.

6. CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS

If a Brand requests cancellation within 24 hours from the time of successful campaign payment, the eligible campaign amount may be refunded.

However, Influencers of India may deduct any applicable:

Accordingly, the final refund received by the Brand may be less than the original campaign amount paid.

The separate ₹299 campaign service fee remains non-refundable.

Refund eligibility will also depend on whether campaign work has already commenced or been completed.

7. CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS

If a Brand requests cancellation after 24 hours from successful campaign payment, the eligible campaign amount may be refunded after deduction of the applicable 10% Platform service charge.

Applicable payment gateway, transaction or other non-refundable processing charges may also be deducted.

Therefore:

Cancellation within 24 hours:
Eligible Campaign Amount − Applicable Payment Gateway/Processing Charges = Refund Amount

Cancellation after 24 hours:
Eligible Campaign Amount − 10% Platform Service Charge − Applicable Payment Gateway/Processing Charges = Refund Amount

The separate ₹299 Brand campaign service fee remains non-refundable.

8. IF AN INFLUENCER HAS ALREADY STARTED WORK

If the assigned Influencer has already started working on the campaign before the Brand submits a cancellation request, a full campaign refund may no longer be available.

Influencers of India may consider:

A reasonable amount attributable to work already completed may be deducted from the otherwise eligible refundable amount.

Influencers of India and/or the assigned Relationship Manager may review the campaign status before determining the applicable refund.

9. COMPLETED CAMPAIGN — NON-REFUNDABLE

Once an Influencer has completed the agreed campaign task or deliverables substantially in accordance with the original approved campaign brief, the corresponding campaign amount becomes non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

A Brand cannot request cancellation or a refund merely because:

Where the Influencer has properly completed the agreed campaign requirements, the Brand may instead request reasonable revisions in accordance with this Policy.

10. TWO FREE REVISION ROUNDS

After the Influencer submits the agreed campaign content, the Brand may request up to two (2) reasonable revision rounds, provided that the requested changes remain within 3-5 days the scope of the original campaign brief.

Reasonable revisions may include:

These revisions do not create a right to cancel an otherwise properly completed campaign or obtain a refund solely because the Brand would prefer an entirely different creative direction.

11. CHANGES OUTSIDE THE ORIGINAL CAMPAIGN SCOPE

A request that substantially changes the original campaign requirements may be treated as additional work rather than a standard revision.

Examples may include:

Such requests may require additional Influencer compensation and/or Platform charges.

Influencers of India or the assigned RM may assist in determining whether a requested change falls within a normal revision or constitutes additional work.

12. REVISIONS BEYOND TWO ROUNDS

The Brand is entitled to a maximum of two (2) reasonable revision rounds within the original campaign scope.

After the two revision rounds have been used, additional revisions are not automatically included in the original campaign price.

Further revisions may require additional payment or a separate agreement between the Brand, Influencer and Influencers of India.

Repeated, excessive, unnecessary or unreasonable revision requests may be considered misuse of the campaign process.

Where revision requests appear intended to pressure, exploit or unreasonably burden an Influencer, Influencers of India may treat such conduct as harassment or a violation of Platform policies.

13. BRAND RESPONSIBILITY FOR CAMPAIGN REQUIREMENTS

Brands are responsible for clearly communicating their campaign requirements before the Influencer begins creating content.

Brands should specify relevant requirements including:

A requirement that was not included in the original campaign brief may not qualify as a free revision.

Brands are therefore strongly encouraged to review and confirm their campaign brief before an Influencer begins work.

14. CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE IS NOT A REFUND CONDITION

Influencer marketing performance can vary.

A Brand will not ordinarily be eligible for a refund solely because campaign content does not achieve an expected:

Influencers of India does not guarantee any particular campaign-performance result unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing for a specific service.

15. INFLUENCER NON-COMPLETION

If an Influencer fails to complete the agreed campaign requirements without a reasonable justification, Influencers of India may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Any Platform, payment gateway, processing or other charges already incurred may be treated separately depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

16. DEFICIENT OR INCORRECT DELIVERABLES

If the Influencer’s submitted content materially fails to meet the agreed campaign brief, the Brand should first use the available revision process.

The Influencer may be given an opportunity to correct the relevant deficiencies through the applicable revision rounds.

If the Influencer materially fails to provide the agreed deliverables even after reasonable opportunities to correct them, Influencers of India may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution based on the campaign circumstances and applicable law.

17. CAMPAIGN DISPUTES

If a dispute arises between a Brand and an Influencer regarding:

Influencers of India and/or the assigned Relationship Manager may review the matter and assist the parties in reaching an appropriate resolution.

The Platform may review evidence including:

Influencers of India may temporarily hold relevant campaign funds while a genuine dispute is being reviewed.

18. INFLUENCER PAYMENTS

For campaigns processed through Influencers of India, Influencer compensation is generally released after the agreed campaign deliverables have been completed and applicable approval requirements have been satisfied.

Influencers of India charges an applicable 20% Platform/service commission from the Influencer’s campaign compensation.

Applicable taxes, TDS or other legally required deductions may also be deducted where required.

The 20% Influencer Platform commission is separate from the 10% Platform charge applicable to Brands.

19. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT PAYMENTS

If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a verified technical or payment-processing error, the user should contact Influencers of India.

After verification of the duplicate transaction, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded.

Users may be required to provide:

20. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

If an amount is debited from a user’s bank account, card, UPI account or other payment method but the transaction is shown as failed on Influencers of India, the amount may be automatically reversed by the applicable bank or payment provider.

Users should allow the applicable bank, payment gateway or payment provider its standard processing time.

If the amount is not reversed within the applicable processing period, the user may contact their payment provider and/or Influencers of India with the transaction details.

21. PAYMENT GATEWAY AND TRANSACTION CHARGES

Certain payment gateway, banking, transaction or processing charges may be charged by third-party payment providers.

Where such charges have already been incurred and are non-refundable to Influencers of India, they may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Influencers of India does not control processing timelines imposed by banks, UPI providers, card networks or third-party payment gateways.

22. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund has been reviewed and approved by Influencers of India, it will be initiated through an available or appropriate payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the user’s bank account, card, UPI account or other payment method may depend on the applicable bank, payment gateway or financial service provider.

Influencers of India shall not be responsible for reasonable delays caused solely by banks, payment gateways or other third-party financial service providers after an approved refund has been successfully initiated.

23. METHOD OF REFUND

Where reasonably possible, refunds may be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Where refunding to the original payment method is not technically possible, Influencers of India may request appropriate payment/banking details from the eligible recipient and process the refund through another available method.

Additional verification may be required for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

24. FRAUDULENT REFUND REQUESTS

Influencers of India reserves the right to investigate refund requests where there is reasonable suspicion of:

A refund may be temporarily placed on hold while such an investigation is conducted.

Fraudulent use of the refund process may result in account restriction, suspension or termination and any other action permitted under applicable law.

25. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Users are encouraged to contact Influencers of India regarding legitimate payment or campaign disputes before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.

Where a chargeback is initiated, Influencers of India may provide relevant transaction, campaign and service records to the applicable payment provider for resolution of the dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restriction or suspension of Platform services.
