Our services may include:
Influencers of India may introduce, modify or discontinue certain features, services or plans from time to time.
By using Influencers of India, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional policies applicable to the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register, make payments, create or accept campaigns, or otherwise use the Platform.
Users must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering and while using the Platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials.
Influencers of India may request additional information or documents where reasonably required for verification, campaign management, payments, fraud prevention, security or legal compliance.
Users who are 18 years of age or older may independently use the Platform subject to these Terms.
Users below 18 years of age may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of their parent or legal guardian.
Users below 14 years of age may participate in audio-visual entertainment, advertising or content-creation activities only where permitted by applicable Indian law and subject to all required safeguards, permissions and conditions.
The Platform does not permit hazardous, exploitative or otherwise prohibited work involving minors.

Influencers of India facilitates connections and campaigns between Brands and Influencers.
Depending upon the campaign, the Platform may assist with:
Influencers of India does not guarantee any specific commercial result.
Registration, verification, payment of any Platform fee or use of Relationship Manager services does not guarantee:
Campaign opportunities depend on multiple factors including Brand requirements, Influencer profile, audience, location, category, engagement, content quality, budget and campaign suitability.
Certain Platform services provide access to a Relationship Manager (“RM”).
The RM may assist with:
Relationship Manager assistance does not guarantee that a Brand will select an Influencer or that a campaign will generate any particular result.
Brands, Advertisers, Businesses and Agencies may use Influencers of India to connect with Influencers and conduct influencer marketing campaigns.
Brands must provide accurate information regarding their:
Brands are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, campaigns and promotional claims comply with applicable laws and advertising standards.
A Brand is required to pay an applicable ₹299 campaign service fee for running/initiating a campaign through Influencers of India.
The ₹299 service fee may include access to Platform campaign-management services and Relationship Manager assistance.
The RM may assist the Brand throughout the campaign process and help coordinate between the Brand and Influencer.
The ₹299 campaign service fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
This fee is separate from:
Payment of ₹299 does not guarantee that any specific Influencer will accept the campaign or that the campaign will achieve any particular result.
Influencers of India charges Brands a Platform/service commission of 10% of the applicable total campaign budget, unless a different amount is expressly agreed for a specific campaign.
Applicable payment gateway charges, taxes or other transaction charges may be additional where applicable.
Before an Influencer is instructed to begin campaign work, the Brand may be required to deposit the agreed campaign amount with Influencers of India.
The Brand must ensure sufficient campaign funds have been paid according to the agreed requirements.
Influencers of India may refrain from confirming or commencing a campaign until the required payment has been successfully received or authorized.
An Influencer should generally begin creating campaign content only after the Platform confirms the campaign and applicable payment.
This mechanism is intended to provide a safer and more structured campaign-payment process for both Brands and Influencers.
If the Brand has paid the campaign amount and requests cancellation within 24 hours of successful payment, the eligible campaign amount may be refunded.
However, applicable:
may be deducted before processing the refund.
Accordingly, the actual refund received by the Brand may be less than the original amount paid.
The separate ₹299 campaign service fee remains subject to its non-refundable terms.
Refund eligibility will also depend on whether campaign work has already commenced or been completed.
If a Brand requests cancellation after 24 hours from successful campaign payment, the eligible campaign amount may be refunded after deduction of the applicable 10% Platform service charge.
Applicable payment gateway, transaction, processing or other non-refundable charges may also be deducted.
Therefore, after the initial 24-hour period, the Platform’s applicable 10% service charge shall generally not form part of the refundable campaign amount.
Refund eligibility will additionally depend on the status of the campaign and work already performed by the Influencer.
If an Influencer has already started working on the campaign when a cancellation request is received, Influencers of India may review:
An appropriate amount relating to work already completed may be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund.
Once an Influencer has completed the agreed campaign task or deliverables substantially in accordance with the approved campaign brief, the corresponding campaign amount shall become non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
A Brand cannot request a refund solely because it later changes its preference after the Influencer has completed the agreed campaign requirements.
The Brand may, however, request reasonable revisions as described below.
After an Influencer submits campaign content, the Brand may request a maximum of two (2) reasonable revision rounds, provided those revisions remain within the scope of the original campaign brief.
Reasonable revisions may include:
The Brand should communicate all requested changes clearly during each revision round.
After two revision rounds, additional revisions are not automatically included in the original campaign.
Additional revisions may require additional Influencer compensation and/or Platform charges.
Similarly, requests for:
may be treated as additional work, rather than a normal revision.
Additional work may require separate agreement and additional charges.
Repeated, excessive, unreasonable or unnecessary revision requests may be treated as misuse of the campaign process.
Where requests appear intended to pressure, exploit or unreasonably burden an Influencer, Influencers of India may also treat such conduct as harassment or a violation of Platform policies.
Brands should clearly communicate all important campaign requirements before the Influencer begins work.
This may include:
Requirements not communicated before campaign production may not qualify as free revisions.
Brands may review submitted campaign content according to the agreed campaign brief.
Brands should not unreasonably refuse approval when the Influencer has completed the agreed requirements.
Revision requests should relate to legitimate campaign, factual, brand-safety, quality, advertising or legal requirements.
Influencers of India and/or the assigned RM may assist where a disagreement arises regarding campaign completion or revisions.
Influencers of India does not guarantee any particular:

Registration for Influencers on Influencers of India is free.
Creating a free profile does not guarantee verification, campaign invitations, Brand selection, paid collaborations or earnings.
Influencers may apply for a Verified Influencer status by paying an applicable verification/service fee of ₹99.
The Platform may review the Influencer’s profile, social-media presence and/or other information as part of the verification process.
Verified status is intended to increase trust and confidence in the Influencer profile and may help Brands identify profiles that have undergone the Platform’s verification process.
A verified Influencer may receive:
The Relationship Manager may help the Influencer communicate with Brands and manage campaign-related processes.
However, verification does not guarantee Brand selection or earnings.
The ₹99 verification/service fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
The fee is charged for the verification-related service and associated Platform/RM assistance.
Payment of ₹99 does not guarantee:
Verified status should not be interpreted as an employment offer or guaranteed income opportunity.
Verification means that certain Influencer profile information has been reviewed according to the Platform’s applicable verification process.
Verification does not mean Influencers of India guarantees or endorses:
Influencers must continue to provide accurate information after verification.
Influencers of India may remove verified status in cases involving fraud, manipulation, false information, serious policy violations or misuse of the Platform.
For campaigns processed through Influencers of India, the Brand will generally deposit the campaign amount with the Platform before the Influencer is instructed to begin campaign work.
The Influencer should begin work after campaign/payment confirmation from Influencers of India.
Once the Influencer completes the agreed Reel, Story, Post, Video or other campaign requirements and applicable approval requirements are satisfied, the Influencer’s eligible payment will be released subject to Platform commission and applicable deductions.
This process is intended to reduce the risk of an Influencer completing campaign work without the applicable campaign funds first being secured through the Platform’s payment process.
Influencers of India charges an Influencer Platform/service commission of 20% of the Influencer’s applicable campaign compensation.
The applicable 20% Platform commission will be deducted before the remaining eligible payment is released to the Influencer.
Applicable taxes, TDS or other statutory deductions may also apply where required by law.

Influencers are expected to provide up to two (2) reasonable revision rounds where the Brand’s requested changes remain within the originally agreed campaign brief.
Influencers are not automatically required to perform unlimited revisions.
Changes outside the original campaign requirements may be treated as additional work and may require additional compensation.
