Welcome to Influencers of India.
At Influencers of India, we respect the privacy of our Influencers, Content Creators, Brands, Advertisers, Agencies and other users.
This Privacy Policy explains how Influencers of India (“Influencers of India”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, store, protect and otherwise process personal information when you visit or use influencersinindia.com, create an account, apply for Influencer verification, create or participate in campaigns, make or receive payments, communicate with a Relationship Manager (“RM”), or otherwise use our services.
Our Platform has been designed so that Brands and Influencers can connect and conduct campaigns through Influencers of India without requiring either party to directly receive the other party’s personal contact information.
By accessing or using our Platform and providing your personal information, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your information where consent is the applicable legal basis.
Influencers of India follows a privacy-first campaign model.
We do not intend to publicly display or directly disclose the private contact information of Brands or Influencers to each other merely because they participate in the same campaign.
This includes information such as:
A Brand participating in a campaign will therefore not automatically receive the Influencer’s mobile number, email address, residential address or other private contact details.
Similarly, an Influencer will not automatically receive the Brand representative’s personal mobile number, email address, address or other private contact details.
Campaign communication may instead be facilitated through the Influencers of India Platform, Relationship Manager, Platform communication systems or other controlled communication methods.
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect different types of information.
When you create an account, we may collect information such as:
Influencers may provide additional information to create profiles, apply for verification or participate in campaigns.

Unless otherwise clearly authorized by the Influencer, private contact information and direct social-media contact details will not be provided to Brands simply for participating in a campaign.
Influencers of India may instead provide Brands with limited campaign-relevant profile information necessary to evaluate campaign suitability while keeping private contact information protected.
Influencers of India may collect social-media handles or account links for purposes such as:

This may include information such as:
We aim to avoid publicly displaying private contact information such as personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, residential addresses or private payment information.
Where applicable, Influencers may be provided with settings or options relating to profile visibility.
Influencers participating in campaigns may receive sufficient campaign information to understand and complete the campaign.

Influencers of India does not sell or rent users’ private personal information to Brands, Influencers or unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Private contact information collected for Platform operations is not intended to be provided as a contact database, lead list or marketing list.
Although private Brand and Influencer contact information is not ordinarily shared with each other, Influencers of India may need to use trusted third-party service providers to operate the Platform.
