A Brand can register on Influencers of India, provide campaign requirements and initiate a campaign through the Platform.
An applicable ₹299 campaign service fee is charged for starting/running a Brand campaign.
The service may include Platform campaign support, Relationship Manager assistance and Brand–Influencer coordination.
The ₹299 campaign service fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

The exact campaign amount and charges may be communicated before or during the campaign process.
Influencers of India charges an applicable 20% Platform/service commission from the Influencer’s campaign compensation.
For example, if the agreed Influencer compensation is ₹10,000, the applicable 20% Platform commission may be deducted before the remaining eligible payout is released.
Taxes, TDS or other statutory deductions may also apply where required by law.
An Influencer should generally begin campaign work only after Influencers of India confirms that the applicable campaign payment has been successfully received or authorized.
This process is intended to reduce payment-related risks and provide greater confidence to Influencers before they begin creating content.
Yes, subject to the campaign status and Refund Policy.
If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of successful campaign payment, the eligible campaign amount may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway, transaction or processing charges.
If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, the eligible refund may be processed after deduction of the applicable 10% Platform service charge, along with applicable payment-processing charges.
The separate ₹299 campaign service fee remains non-refundable.
If the Influencer has already started working before the Brand requests cancellation, a full refund may no longer be available.
Influencers of India may consider the work already completed, time and effort invested, content produced and campaign status before determining the eligible refundable amount.
An appropriate amount relating to work already completed may be deducted from the refund.
Generally, no.
Once an Influencer has completed the agreed campaign deliverables substantially in accordance with the approved campaign brief, the applicable campaign amount becomes non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
A Brand cannot claim a refund merely because it later changes its marketing preference or because the content does not achieve an expected number of views, likes, sales, leads or conversions.
A Brand may request up to two (2) reasonable revision rounds after the Influencer submits the campaign content.
These revisions must remain within the scope of the original campaign brief.
Requests for a completely new video, major concept changes, new shooting locations, additional deliverables or other significant changes may be considered additional work and may require additional charges.
Repeated or unreasonable revision requests may be treated as misuse of the campaign process.
